AP 1 – Summit!

They stood on top!

Step by step, taking time to enjoy the path, going all together, following the guides and overcoming their own limits.

We’re so happy to announce the group reached the summit of the highest peak in the Americas!

Now the group is on their way back to Base Camp.

Thanks to everyone who took part on this adventure.

AP 1 Moving to high camp

The group is moving today to high camp.

They are all in great conditions and the sun is shining finally.

The guides are working hard for the team.

AP 1 – Camp 2!

The team left Camp 1 and kept moving forward.

The have successfully moved to Camp 2 yesterday, and today they will rest in Nido de Condores high camp

AP 1 – Carry load to Camp 1

This morning, after breakfast, the team climbed up to Camp 1, Canada, to carry load.

They left equipment and returned to Base Camp, Plaza de Mulas. They are all doing well and enjoing the climb.

AP 1 The team reached Base camp

Early this morning, the team leaved Confluencia camp and continued the approach hike along the Horcones Valley.

After a long trekking they have successfully reached Plaza de Mulas Base Camp, where they’ll prepare for the next stage of the journey.

AP 1 The journey begins!

We met this great team yesterday in the city. They had a group meeting with the guides, and shared a typical local barbecue together.

Today, they were driven to the trailhead to begin the approach hike to Plaza de Mulas Base Camp along the Horcones Valley.

They have already reached Confluencia Camp to spend the night.

Their guides are Gastón Molina and Florencia Torres.

Looking forward to a great expedition!
