Base Camp

AP 5 – Dec 27 – Jan 15

After three days of trekking the team arrived to Plaza Argentina (14200 ft) yesterday, where they are going to rest and start preparing everything for the height.

Tomorrow they will carry the loads to Camp I (15,750 ft.)

From here they will do a carry of gear and food to the next camp, come back to sleep at a lower altitude, then they move to the higher camp, where they spend a rest day to do the proper acclimatization process.

All of them are fine and excited to continue this adventure.

We attached a photo of the approach to the base camp that they sent

We will keep you posted.
