Three climbers and a mountain

Our ninth group of this season is in the lodge at Penitentes, where they are going to spend a night, eagerly waiting to go into the mountains.

Tomorrow they will begin their hike. This time they will do the normal route. They will spend two nights at Camp Confluence and then reach the base camp Plaza de Mulas (14,340 ft). This hike is good to acclimatize.

The team is lead by Emiliano Poletti (Mili) who has just come back from the summit whit AP7. This is a small team but we are sure that they are going to have great time on the mountain.

We attach the clasic picture of the group before leaving Mendoza.

We will post more information every time I talk to them by the satellite telephone.
